How To Create A
Life Goal Statement

Life Goal
Statements are Affirmations about you and your future goals. It is
important to make them as complete as possible. However, it can be
difficult to write a Life Goal Statement from scratch. It seems like
you can’t quite think of all the great qualities that you want for yourself.
This is a step
by step process for writing a FULL and complete Life Goal Statement
(Affirmation) for yourself. This is a copy of the one I wrote for
myself. I actually stumbled upon this system as I was struggling to

I then read my
statement into a microphone and using the Free Audio Program “Audacity”
I added in some background music. You can use your favorite music
(Karaoke Version Music with no words is best). Download Audacity

Read and/or
Listen to your Life Goal Statement as often as you can. After a while
it will become true.

lifestyle living with three beautiful women at the same time.
Rich Harshaw: I love his
absolute dedication to his craft and his absolute certainty and confidence in
himself.
Wayne Dyer: In love his
selfless giving and true belief in faith to give unendingly knowing there is
no end to the wealth and abundance coming to him in money and
otherwise.
Brian Tracy: I Love his
intense logic point of view and step by step sequential thinking. I
love his packaging and marketing of his information like 21 secrets etc.

flamboyant personality and joy of life. I love how he enjoyed his
wealth and enjoyed the social scene and its inhabitants.

Record Your Life Statement into a Microphone (Using Audacity or

Select Background Music - Karaoke is Best Because It Has only Music and no

Add Sound effects if you want. Most are available on YouTube.
#4) Drag
all your Audio Parts into Audacity and space them in the proper
timing order.
IE:
Music starts before the words do. In the example above, I added Crowd
Cheering at the start and at the end. You can add other sounds like a
Jet taking off or bells etc.
#5)
"Export" the final track to MP3, WAV or other audio formats you
choose.
